Mount Luojia

Mount Luojia lies in the Lotus Sea to the southeast of Putuoshan. The legend has it that it was the place where Bodhisattva Guanyin practiced Buddhism. Viewed from near the Cave of Tidal Sound on Putuoshan, Mount Luojia lies just like a grand Buddha with its back in the sea. It's a beautiful view in the early morning, when the sunrays illuminate the Buddha.
